Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened tobacco products
- Used accessories
- Custom or private label orders
- Sale or clearance items
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service at returns@gizmograbbas.com
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We'll email you a return authorization and instructions
- Ship items back to us using the provided label
Returns without authorization will not be accepted.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original purchase and place a new order for the desired product.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
